- Shipment errors or damage during shipment
Warranty does not cover: - Operating system or any other software installed from the factory before shipment.
- If you use internet and get virus.
- When you open or break the warranty tag on the back of the computer case and open the computer case.
- If the computer is damage by the natural disaster, fire, flood, accident, electrical power, theft, abuse, or misuse.
- When you add or install any hardware or software by yourself.
