World Computer Shipping Policy

We ship best way on all items. Standard shipping is by ground. Delivery times vary based upon distance. We will provide a tracking number on all packages. Upon request we can ship by air or expedited delivery is available at additional cost. Please inquire for our 12 hour-24 hour or 2 day shipping methods.

World Computer Return Policies

Under the return policy you may return your products within the return period and you will be credited or get a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.

• No return without RMA number.
• Call World Computer (773) 407-6199 to get a RMA number.
• Within 10 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice with original packing will be credited to customers account less 20% restocking charged. Less shipping and handling fees.
• No refund or credit after 15 days from the date on the packing slip.
• All claims fro damage, shortage or shipment errors must be made within 2 days from recipes of shipment.
• For refund, ship back all products including any media, documentation or any other items that were included in the original package.
• No refund if the warrant void tag, on the back of the computer case, is opened or broke.
• Ship the boxes at your expense for refund. Insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment of any products.
